Thai Pork Satay Recipe
Delicious Thai Pork Satay with a rich, flavorful marinade and a tasty peanut sauce.

Marinade
- 500 g Pork shoulder, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Coconut milk
Peanut Sauce
- ½ cup Peanut butter
- ½ cup Coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Red curry paste
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all marinade ingredients. Add pork slices, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
2. Thread the marinated pork onto skewers.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
4. For the peanut sauce, combine all the sauce ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until smooth and heated through.
5. Serve the pork satay with peanut sauce on the side.
