Ingredients 

Marinade

  • 500 g Pork shoulder, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Coconut milk

Peanut Sauce

  • ½ cup Peanut butter
  • ½ cup Coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Red curry paste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine all marinade ingredients. Add pork slices, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. 2. Thread the marinated pork onto skewers.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. For the peanut sauce, combine all the sauce ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until smooth and heated through.
  5. 5. Serve the pork satay with peanut sauce on the side.
