Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, lime juice, ground coriander, ground cumin, and chili flakes.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Bake the pork tenderloin in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
