Thai Pork Toast Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g minced pork
- 4 slices white bread cut into quarters
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
- 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped, for garnish
In a mixing bowl, combine minced pork, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce, and beaten egg. Mix well.
Spread the pork mixture evenly on each piece of bread.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the bread pieces, pork side down, until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
