Ingredients

  • 200 g minced pork
  • 4 slices white bread cut into quarters
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced pork, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce, and beaten egg. Mix well.
  2. Spread the pork mixture evenly on each piece of bread.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the bread pieces, pork side down, until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
