Main Ingredients
- 200 g Prawns, peeled and deveined
- 100 g Tapioca flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 500 ml Vegetable oil, for frying
1. Blend prawns into a smooth paste.
2. Mix prawn paste with tapioca flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
3. Roll the mixture into a log shape and steam for 30 minutes.
4. Let it cool, then slice thinly.
5. Deep fry slices in hot oil until they puff up and turn golden.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve.
