Instructions
Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add garlic and red curry paste, stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add prawns and cook until they turn pink.
Pour in coconut milk, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Stir well.
Simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
