Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Prawns peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 handful Basil Leaves fresh

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and red curry paste, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add prawns and cook until they turn pink.
  4. Pour in coconut milk, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Stir well.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
