Instructions
1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the bell peppers, snow peas, and carrots. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
6. Toss in the fresh basil leaves and stir-fry for another minute.
7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
