Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 handful Fresh basil leaves

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the bell peppers, snow peas, and carrots. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
  6. 6. Toss in the fresh basil leaves and stir-fry for another minute.
  7. 7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
