Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Prawns peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce light
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili flakes. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
