  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin seeds, olive oil, salt, cayenne pepper, lime juice, and soy sauce. Mix well to coat the seeds evenly.
  3. Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the seeds are golden and crispy.
