Thai Quesadilla Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Flour Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or your choice
- 1 cup Cooked Chicken Shredded
- 2 tablespoons Peanut Sauce
- 1 cup Vegetables Bell peppers, onions, and carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Cilantro Chopped
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese evenly over it.
3. Add the shredded chicken, vegetables, and drizzle the peanut sauce over the top.
4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and place the second tortilla on top.
5. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then carefully flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
6. Remove from the skillet, let cool for a minute, then cut into wedges.
7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
