  • 1 head Red Cabbage shredded
  • 2 pcs Carrots julienned
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped
  • ½ cup Peanuts crushed

Dressing

  • ¼ cup Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded red cabbage, julienned carrots, chopped cilantro, and crushed peanuts.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red chili flakes to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
