Main Ingredients
- 5 pieces Dried red chilies soaked in warm water
- 1 tablespoon Coriander seeds toasted
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds toasted
- 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon Lemongrass finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Galangal finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Shallots finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Shrimp paste
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. Soak the dried red chilies in warm water for about 10 minutes, then drain.
2. Toast the coriander seeds and cumin seeds in a dry pan over medium heat until fragrant.
3. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
