Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice noodles wide, flat
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 Carrot julienned
  • 100 g Snow peas trimmed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Crushed peanuts

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the red bell pepper, carrot, and snow peas. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the cooked noodles to the wok. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and stir in the lime juice. Garnish with fresh cilantro and crushed peanuts before serving.
