Ingredients

  • 2 cups Jasmine Rice
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Diced Chicken

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Add the rinsed rice, water, coconut milk, red curry paste, and salt to the rice cooker. Stir well.
  3. Place the diced chicken on top of the rice mixture.
  4. Close the rice cooker lid and set it to the 'Cook' setting.
  5. Once the rice cooker switches to 'Warm', let it sit for 10 minutes before opening the lid.
  6. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
