Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice Noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Sauce optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, and chili sauce. Toss to combine.
  5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
