Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice Noodles soaked in warm water for 30 minutes
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, bell peppers, and snap peas
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Cilantro for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 30 minutes, then drain.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the soaked rice noodles and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Mix well.
  7. 7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
