Instructions
1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 30 minutes, then drain.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
5. Add the soaked rice noodles and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Mix well.
7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
