Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Jasmine Rice
  • 6 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, sliced
  • 2 stalks Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 handful Cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. 2. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  3. 3. Add the rinsed rice, minced garlic, and sliced ginger to the pot.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Add the fish sauce, salt, and white pepper. Stir well.
  6. 6. Add the shredded chicken and let it heat through.
  7. 7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and cilantro.
