Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and black pepper.
Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly browned.
