Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Basil leaves fresh

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the red curry paste and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Stir well.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Stir in the basil leaves and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
