  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
  2. Add minced garlic and red chili flakes. Whisk until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add water and whisk again until well combined.
