- ¼ cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 2 tablespoon water
In a mixing bowl, combine lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
Add minced garlic and red chili flakes. Whisk until sugar is dissolved.
Add water and whisk again until well combined.
Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
