Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed finely chopped
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon red curry paste
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped salmon, panko breadcrumbs, red curry paste, beaten egg, chopped cilantro, fish sauce, and lime juice. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve the salmon burgers on buns with your favorite toppings.
