Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped salmon, panko breadcrumbs, red curry paste, beaten egg, chopped cilantro, fish sauce, and lime juice. Mix well.
Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve the salmon burgers on buns with your favorite toppings.
