- 4 pieces Fish Fillets Preferably white fish
- 2 tablespoon Salt
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced
1. Rub the fish fillets with salt and let them sit for 10 minutes.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
4. Fry the fish fillets until they are golden and crispy on both sides.
5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
