Ingredients

  • 2 cups Potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 cup Green peas, boiled
  • 1 tablespoon Red curry paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 10 pieces Samosa wrappers
  • 1 cup Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, green peas, red curry paste, salt, and soy sauce.
  2. 2. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each samosa wrapper and fold into a triangle.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
