Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 baguette French baguette cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Cilantro fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the pork with soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and garlic for at least 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the pork until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Slice the baguette pieces open and spread mayonnaise on one side.
  4. 4. Fill the baguette with cooked pork, carrots, cucumber, and cilantro.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
