Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Jasmine Rice
  • 200 grams Thai Sausage sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, peas, and corn
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced Thai sausage and cook until browned.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked jasmine rice and mix well.
  6. Season with soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir to combine.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
