Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 fillets Sea Bass
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 red Chili, sliced
  • Fresh Coriander for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and vegetable oil in a bowl.
  3. Place sea bass fillets in a baking dish and pour the mixture over them.
  4. Sprinkle sliced red chili on top.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
