  • 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 200 g Squid cleaned and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Basil Leaves fresh

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the shrimp and squid, stir-fry until cooked through.
  4. 4. Add the fish sauce and lime juice, stir well.
  5. 5. Toss in the fresh basil leaves and give it a quick stir.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
