Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and minced garlic.
  4. 4. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet and stir to coat.
  5. 5. Add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
