Thai Sesame Noodles

Main Ingredients
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- to taste crushed peanuts optional
- to taste lime wedges optional
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sriracha, and minced garlic.
Toss noodles with the sauce until well coated.
Add green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds. Toss again.
Serve with optional crushed peanuts and lime wedges.
