Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef short ribs
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. 2. In a Dutch oven, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Brown the short ribs on all sides.
  3. 3. Remove the ribs and set aside. In the same pot, add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add red curry paste, coconut milk, fish sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth. Stir well.
  5. 5. Return the ribs to the pot, cover, and transfer to the oven. Cook for about 3 hours or until the meat is tender.
  6. 6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
