Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 pieces large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 pieces spring roll wrappers, cut in half diagonally
  • 1 cup vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and water.
  2. 2. Marinate shrimp in the mixture for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Place a shrimp at the end of each spring roll wrapper half and roll up tightly.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the wrapped shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
