Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and water.
2. Marinate shrimp in the mixture for 10 minutes.
3. Place a shrimp at the end of each spring roll wrapper half and roll up tightly.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the wrapped shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
