Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Basil leaves, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
  4. Stir in the fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and sugar.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
  6. Garnish with basil leaves and serve hot.
