  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli) chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir well to combine.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish.
