Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli) chopped
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir well to combine.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Serve hot as a side dish.
