Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Sliced Cucumbers
- ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro
- ¼ cup Chopped Mint
- 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and sliced cucumbers.
Add chopped cilantro and mint to the bowl.
In a small bowl, mix lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and chili flakes until the sugar dissolves.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
