Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Lime, cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the red bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the cooked noodles, bean sprouts, soy sauce, curry powder, and sugar. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  5. 5. Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
