Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, garlic, coriander, cumin, chili flakes, and vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  4. 4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. 5. Grill skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
