Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Sliced Red Bell Pepper
- ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro
- ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions
Dressing Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha optional
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, cilantro, and green onions.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha (if using).
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to combine.
Let the slaw sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
