  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
  • 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Cilantro

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring coconut milk and chicken broth to a simmer.
  2. 2. Add fish sauce, lime juice, and red curry paste. Stir well.
  3. 3. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add shredded chicken and brown sugar. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
