- 2 cups Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
- 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 cup Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Cilantro
1. In a pot, bring coconut milk and chicken broth to a simmer.
2. Add fish sauce, lime juice, and red curry paste. Stir well.
3. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add shredded chicken and brown sugar. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
5. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
