  • 1 cup soybeans soaked overnight
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions 

  1. Drain and rinse the soaked soybeans.
  2. Blend the soybeans with 4 cups of water until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture using a strainer or cheesecloth into a pot.
  4. Bring the soy milk to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add a pinch of salt and stir well.
  6. Let it cool before serving or storing in the fridge.
