Thai Spinach Recipe
A simple and delicious Thai-inspired spinach dish.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 bunch Spinach washed and chopped
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes optional
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the chopped spinach and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and chili flakes (if using). Stir well.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the spinach is tender. Serve hot.
