Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 bunch Spinach washed and chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped spinach and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and chili flakes (if using). Stir well.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the spinach is tender. Serve hot.
