Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 100 g Glass noodles soaked in warm water for 10 minutes
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 8 pieces Spring roll wrappers

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the glass noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the noodles, carrots, cabbage, cilantro, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. 3. Place a small amount of the mixture onto each spring roll wrapper and roll tightly.
  4. 4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the spring rolls until golden brown on all sides.
  5. 5. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
