Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Squid, cleaned and cut into rings
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 pcs Red chili, sliced
  • 1 cup Basil leaves

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and red chili, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add the squid and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until just cooked.
  4. Add the fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Stir well.
  5. Toss in the basil leaves and cook for another minute.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
