Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 pound flank steak

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, vegetable oil, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove steak from marinade and grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
  6. Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
