Thai Steak Marinade Recipe
A delicious Thai-inspired marinade for steak that combines savory, sweet, and spicy flavors.

Marinade
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 pound flank steak
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, vegetable oil, and red pepper flakes.
Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it.
Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Remove steak from marinade and grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
