Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Fish (such as snapper or sea bass) cleaned and scaled
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 stalks Green Onions sliced
  • 1 handful Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Prepare the fish by cleaning and scaling it.
  2. 2. Mix garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. 3. Place the fish on a plate that fits in your steamer. Pour the sauce mixture over the fish.
  4. 4. Steam the fish for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. 5. Garnish with green onions and cilantro before serving.
