Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup basil leaves

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the bell peppers and snap peas, stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the basil leaves. Serve hot.
