  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the corn with melted butter and place on the grill.
  3. Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together fish sauce, sugar, chili powder, and lime juice.
  5. Brush the sauce mixture over the grilled corn.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
