Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions
Dressing
- 3 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, red bell pepper, cilantro, and green onions.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss to combine.
Let the slaw sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
