Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Beef, thinly sliced
  • 200 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 200 g Mixed vegetables (carrots, cabbage, mushrooms)
  • 100 g Glass noodles soaked in water
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 liter Chicken broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the pot over medium heat and add sesame oil.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
  5. 5. Add beef and shrimp, cook until they start to change color.
  6. 6. Add mixed vegetables and glass noodles. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
