Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Sauce Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until cooked through.
  3. 3. Add the bell peppers and onion, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the pineapple chunks and stir to combine.
  5. 5. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, ketchup, and brown sugar.
  6. 6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, and bring to a simmer.
  7. 7. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
  8. 8. Serve hot with steamed rice.
