Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onions and bell peppers, stir-fry until slightly tender.
  3. Add pineapple chunks and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  4. Mix ketchup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar in a bowl. Pour into the wok.
  5. Bring to a simmer, then add the cornstarch mixture. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
