Instructions
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add onions and bell peppers, stir-fry until slightly tender.
Add pineapple chunks and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Mix ketchup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar in a bowl. Pour into the wok.
Bring to a simmer, then add the cornstarch mixture. Stir until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
