Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup carrots, julienned
  • ½ cup onion, sliced
  • ¼ cup sweet and sour sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 cup chicken breast, sliced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken breast slices and cook until they are no longer pink.
  4. Add the bell peppers, pineapple chunks, carrots, and onion. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the sweet and sour sauce, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well coated with the sauce.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
